It all started just for fun and after nearly eight years Ginger Red became a well-known DJ in the Viennese queer culture. As well she ran her very own successful parties but couldn't continue due to the many requests and possibilities, that's why she prefers to work with existing organizers for a colourful togetherness. With the title „Champion of Pride" representing in the summer of 2019 Sydney Gay an Lesbian Mardi Gras for World Pride bit 2023 through Europe at Pride Amsterdam, Copenhagen Pride (Pumehuset) and Newry Pride (Northern Ireland).
