All human beings are sexual beings. Sexuality is a human right and a basic need. There is much more to sexuality than orgasmic arousal and heteronormative vaginal sex. To understand your own body is to know what feels good. What is exciting and fun and what is not? The ability to clearly identify and name your pleasures can be a wonderful thing to learn. How do you feel about your body and your sexuality? Do you like to touch yourself? What excites you? Through a conscious awareness of the body, one can greatly intensify and expand their sexual experiences.
